WHAT DO PEOPLE SAY

“There is a Sufi saying: “Whoever knows himself knows his God”, this is how I can describe how the journey of creating from within was for me. I left understanding much more about myself than when I started it. Since the beginning I felt safe. I felt heard and I felt that the space was truly held, it was very moving to watch the transformation happening to me and to other participants.

Through the journey I met different parts of myself that I have been living with for years without knowing them. My angry, aggressive and wounded inner critic protecting me from destroying my life, the perfectionist that is working so hard so that i wont collapse and the part reaching for food and my phone to numb the pain. Instead of fighting, Hameed taught me to listen to them. Being able to say “I accept you, I love you and want to know you more”  is something I never imagined I would say to my inner critic. 

Hameed is a gem and embodies the healing he brings to the world and I could feel that in the way he was guiding each person.”
